Jakarta city-owned rice distributor PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya is establishing cooperation with Jakarta Center for Trader Market Cooperatives (Puskoppas) to distribute the rice of the market operation (OP)..

PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director, Arief Adi Prasetyo expressed, his side is ready to distribute 600 tons of rice after Puskoppas has verified the data of the trader.

"Verification is done to ascertain the address of the business or trading place, the goods sold, etc," he stated, after he welcomed a visit from Jakarta Puskoppas, at the Office of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Jalan Pisangan Lama Selatan, East Jakarta, Thursday (11/2).

He explained, the principle of cooperation is aimed to increase distribution of rice at an affordable price.

In the meantime, Jakarta Puskoppas Chairperson, Ngadiran added his side wants to help the distribution of OP rice to traders under the auspices of Puskoppas.

"According to Bulog, we have to coordinate directly with PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya. Hopefully, the stability of rice prices can be maintained," he closed.
